Dear Union Members,
Your bargaining team is pleased to provide an update on our progress after two weeks of negotiations. We remain steadfast in advocating for proposals that prioritize your interests and strengthen our collective agreement.
Our team is united in pushing for key improvements that will benefit our membership, and we are holding firm on these priorities. While discussions are ongoing, we are encouraged by the constructive dialogue and are committed to securing a fair and robust agreement.
We also need to be clear-eyed about what lies ahead: the upcoming rounds and months will be challenging and pivotal to the final outcome of our contract. As we move closer to a tentative agreement, the strength and support of every member will be essential.
We deeply appreciate your continued support and solidarity, which fuel our efforts at the bargaining table. We will keep you informed as talks progress and welcome any questions or feedback you may have.
